Getting Started with the VDS Reseller Manager
Jumpline's Reseller Manager is the heart of the reseller system and is your main interface for creating and managing your resold customer accounts. The Reseller Manager can be accessed from the customer manager.
Logging in to your Reseller Manager
Log in to the Customer Manager at https://my.jumpline.com, then click on the Products tab at the top if you are not automatically redirected to your primary product details page.
Select your reseller account using the drop-down in the top right corner of the screen.
Click on Login to your Reseller Manager near the top right corner of the details area

Once you are logged in to your Reseller Manager, you will be given access to the following areas:
- Accounts - This section lists your resold accounts, allows you to create new accounts, as well as gives you access to edit or delete existing accounts.
- Service Packages - This area allows you to create and modify the plan levels that will be available to your customers, as well as view the default service plans that we provide as an example
- Branding - This section allows you to customize the look and feel of your customer's VDS Manager interfaces, including adding logos and notes to their pages
- Reports - This area allows you to generate reports on account usage and statistics, and is useful when tracking customer sign-ups over time
- Preferences - This area allows you to customize the reseller manager, including updating your automated notification preferences
