Generating and Viewing Reports


 
The topic of this article is supported in its entirety by our customer support department.

The following instructions will show you how to generate reports on the fly. These reports can be viewed in either HTML, or exported in CSV format for use in a spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel.

Log in to your Reseller Manager by clicking the ‘Login to Reseller Manager’ link from the Products page of the Customer Manager, which is located at https://my.jumpline.com.

Click Reports

Click Generate Reports

Select the report format:

  • HTML - View the report as a web page.
  • CSV - Generate the report as a file where the records are separated by commas

Select the type of report and then the timeframe for the reporting period

  • Account Reports:
    • Account Report - Report provides details of all accounts Daily Bandwidth usage of Accounts - Report provides daily bandwidth usage of accounts.
    • Accounts Creation/Removal - Report provides information on accounts creation/removal for a specified time frame.

  • Reseller Reports:
    • ValueApps Report - Report provides data on number of ValueApps that are installed in accounts. This data is gathered once a day.
    • Account Types Report - Report provides the distribution of accounts between different account types (IP or Name Based account) or operating system (Red Hat Linux or Microsoft Windows)
    • Service Packages Report - Report provides service packages utilization data (Number of accounts per service package)
    • Operational Reports:
    • Account Alerts - Report provides information on all alerts for accounts that have alerts.
    • Accounts Resource Usage - Report provides information on accounts resource usage for a specified time frame.
    • Service Resource Usage - Report provides information on account resource usage per service (HTTP/POP/SMTP/FTP) for a specified time frame.

Click Generate

Your report will be generated and displayed on the following page.  If you wish to save it, you can use File -> Save in your web browser so that you have a copy of the report on your local computer
