Feedback forms facilitate your users to get in contact with you about your site’s contact. These forms may be added with the Plesk Sitebuilder:
- Once you are logged into Plesk Sitebuilder, click on “Step 4 Edit”.
- Select the page where you’d like to place your form from the “Site map” on the left.
- Collapse the Site map by clicking the double arrow as we will no longer be needing it at this time.
- Click the “Feedback” icon to the right and drag it onto the page. (You may also wish to delete the default text.)
- Now that the form is added to the page, you can change its properties including the form’s title, the email address where the form submissions are sent and the subject of the email by clicking on “Properties” at the top of the form.
- You can add, edit, and remove form fields by clicking “Add/Edit” fields also at the top of the form.
- You may also configure “Responses” for your form submissions. These will be emailed to your visitors who submit feedback.
- You may preview the changes by clicking on the “Preview” link toward the bottom of the page. If you’re satisfied with the preview, then return to the wizard and click “Step 5 Publish” at the top of the page to publish the new download to your site.
