Phone support will be available between 9am EST and 5pm EST on Monday, December 24th and Monday, December 31st. Our call center will be closed on December 25th and January 1st as we observe the Christmas and New Years holidays. During these times, our engineers will continue to maintain all servers and our hosting network, and regular support ticket service will continue. If you have questions regarding your account during these times, please submit a support ticket via your customer manager. Our call center will continue to be open with regular hours of 9am EST to 9pm EST Monday through Friday unless otherwise noted above.
