Domain Name Package
Logging in to Plesk Sitebuilder to create your website:
You can build a website using your domain name with the Plesk Sitebuilder. To get started, just login at https://my.jumpline.com and click on My Products at the top of the screen, then click on ‘view details’ to access the domain name you are working with.
To login to the Plesk Site Builder, first login to your Customer Manager at https://my.jumpline.com and click View Details for the desired domain name on the products tab. From the domain details overview, you will click on the Login to your Control Panel button in the upper-left corner.
Once you are in your domain control panel, you will see a Site Builder icon – just click the icon and follow the instructions to get started.
Creating email users:
Each Jumpline.com Domain Name Registration allows you to create up to five email addresses that are personalized with your domain name, as well as unlimited aliases for those email addresses.
To add your new email addresses, first login to your Customer Manager at https://my.jumpline.com and click View Details for the desired domain name on the products tab. From the domain details overview, you will click on the Login to your Control Panel button in the upper-left corner.
Once you are in your domain control panel, you will see a Create Email Accounts icon – just click the icon and follow the instructions to get started.
Accessing email with your browser using Webmail:
Jumpline.com provides an easy to use web based email client, Webmail, for use with all email accounts that you create for your domain registration. You can access Webmail through your web browser by going to http://webmail.your_domain.com. (replace your_domain.com with your actual domain name)
To login, you will enter your full email address and the password you entered when you created your email address.
Domain Forwarding and DNS Management:
Each Jumpline.com Domain Name Registration includes the ability to set up domain forwarding, as well as fully manage your DNS settings.
To access these additional settings, first login to your Customer Manager at https://my.jumpline.com and click View Details for the desired domain name on the products tab. From the domain details overview, you will click on the Login to your Control Panel button in the upper-left corner.
Once you are in your domain control panel, you will notice two icons under the Web Site heading labeled Web Hosting Settings and DNS Settings. From the Web Hosting Settings you have the abilityto forward your domain name to an alternate location; while the DNS Settings are available should you need to make any other DNS updates.
